Daily Quests We designed 3 personalized quests per day that adapt to your subjects
Combat System We built boss battles with 3-phase escalation, damage reduction, and skill checks
XP & Leveling System We implemented XP rewards from quests and raids with profile and combat stat progression
Slate Theme We designed a consistent Slate theme throughout the entire experience
Leaderboard We built competition across 4 metrics: study time, level, check-ins, and raids
Study Streaks We added daily streak counters to help you keep the chain going
Achievements & Badges We created 8 milestone badges like First Blood, Deep Work, and Grounded with progress tracking
Friend Invites We built one-click invite links with referral attribution on signup
Polish & Bug Fixes We fixed the check-in timer loop and added login with username OR email. Remember me saves locally.
Freemium Model We launched our freemium model: 3 subjects free, unlimited subjects + cosmetics for premium
Public Beta Launch We went live on May 31 with password reset, character system, combat raids, friends, and leaderboard
Adaptive Study Patterns We implemented AI that analyzes your habits to recommend optimal session lengths and study times
Mobile UI Polish We enhanced mobile navigation with touch-optimized interactions and improved accessibility
Password Reset System We built a secure password reset flow with email integration and token-based expiration
Admin Tester Panel We created an admin dashboard to manage tester access and control beta features
Timer Accuracy Fix We implemented real-time elapsed time calculation across page reloads to prevent timer drift
Launch Trailer We produced a cinematic 7-scene animated reel with staggered animations and authentic UI mockups

June 14

Mobile testing complete: I verified all pages work perfectly on mobile devices. Navigation, touch interactions, and responsive layouts are solid.

Guild system shipped: We launched the complete guild base system with buildings, raids, weekly quests, and member management. Max 10 members per guild.

June 1

Post-launch polish: I fixed timer accuracy for real-time tracking, added live user count to landing page, and updated dev progress with all shipped features.

May 31

Launch day: We went live! Password reset system working, all core features shipped, and first users signing up. Free premium for everyone until June 30.

Mobile fixes: Navigation smoothed out on mobile. Login null bug squashed.

Premium UI ready: Premium badges, profile expiration display, and upgrade flow built out for May 31 launch. All beta users get free premium until June 30.
